Report incorrect tariff information
Use this form to report suspected mistakes in supplier name, tariff name, unit rate, standing charge, exit fee, payment method, source date, supplier status, or incentive wording.
Do not include names, addresses, account numbers, bank details, passwords, MPRNs, keypad numbers, meter serial numbers, supplier login details, or copies of bills.
Reports are securely stored for review and checked against primary sources before any publication changes. Reports are used only to investigate tariff-data issues on Wee Switch.
If the reporting system is temporarily unavailable, the form should show a clear error message and should not pretend that the report was submitted.
For account problems, billing disputes, meter faults, power cuts, emergency issues, or supplier complaints, contact your electricity supplier or the relevant official service directly.
